Stitch’s Purrfect Halloween costume

So we told you we had the purrfect Halloween costume this year for Mr. Stitch. In honor of Halloween and Stitch’s favorite non-Disney character (and opening weekend of his new movie), Stitch has selected to be Puss in Boots (minus the boots….he doesn’t like wearing shoes).

Like most kids, Stitch is ramped up for Halloween days before time. So Stitch dressed up to go to Wal-Mart. Stitch was told by a friend of ours that he would find a coupon at certain McDonalds within Wal-Mart for a free 16x20 poster of his friend Puss in Boots. It took an extra half hour to get it from the photo department because it had to be printed from a machine, but still it was a cool early Halloween gift. So if you like Puss in Boots, like Stitch does, you may want to find one of the special Wal-Mart/McDonalds/HP coupons for a free 16x20 poster of Puss in Boots (worth $12.97).

And remember everyone, have a safe and fun Halloween.

Stitch wants to help your Halloween

Stitch’s Adventure Club and Stitch love Halloween. Now is the time to start thinking about buying your pumpkin (s) for your special Halloween carving (s). If you want to have a Stitch themed pumpkin you need to have the pattern if you aren’t artistically inclined to design one yourself.

There are a couple of books out there with Stitch patterns. Last year we found ours at Walgreens. You may want to look there to see if they have a book with a Stitch pattern.

We scoured the internet looking for free Stitch templates for your pumpkin, but we only found one.

Disney Stores promote Earth Day 2010 with a freebie

Disney Stores, tomorrow (April 22, 2010) on the 40th Anniversary of the Earth Day celebration, are reaching out to Disney peeps throughout the US and Canada to promote saving the Earth and it's oceans. If you have a Disney Store in a shopping mall near you, bring 6 plastic recyclable bottles and you can get a free baseball cap for free (limit one per guest). It is a children's sized hat, but often times the "children's sized hats fit adults....it just depends.

The hat is blue (like Stitch) and says "Disney Friends for Change, make a wave". It is also made from 100% recycled materials and one website we read said it was made from the equivalent of 6 plastic bottles (we don't know if that is true though).

After you get your free hat, wear it in style and go see Disney's Earth Day release of Oceans in movie theatres. Oceans looks like a very cool movie about all Stitch's friends that live in the Ocean like Crush and Squirt. Dude, like totally, we need to save their home so we have good surfing.

So check out the Disney Store for your free (6 plastic recycleable bottles) ball cap and then head over to the movies to see Oceans.

Stitch Loves Free Chick-fil-a Sandwiches

Today, from 10:30 am til close, Chick-fil-a fans can grab a free sandwich if they wear their favorite team's apparel.

Earlier today, Stitch and his crew showed their Texas Longhorn spirit and received a free sandwich. Stitch also got his picture taken with one of those Infamous Cows.

Free Comic Book Day!

Stitch just found this out, and though it is too late for Stitch, it is still going on for some.

Today is Free Comic Book Day at participating comic book store in North America!

Stitch Love Earth Day!!!

Stitch loves E-arth Day, not only does it promote the only refuge for mosquitoes, but it celebrates and reminds everyone to take care of the planet. Plus, there is free staff out there too.

Stitch’s friends at Disney are really trying to promote keeping your planet E-arth as an important resource.

Disney Stores USA is doing a special promotion on Earth Day. While supplies last, if you bring in 3 plastic bottles you will receive a green re-usable drink bottle. No purchase is necessary.

Disney Store USA is also planting a tree in the Brazilian Rainforest for every re-usable Earth Day bag purchased. Already they have committed to planting 95,000 trees there.

Disney and Fandango are doing a promotion as well. If you pre-purchase your ticket to Disney’s Earth movie, you will receive a coupon redeemable at any Disney Store for a free recyclable Disney bag.

Remember like Disney and Stitch, it should be Earth Day everyday. Do your part to help protect our planet.
